Before Work Begins
Clients may request a cancellation before any work has started on the project.
If approved:
- Payments may be refunded after deducting payment processing fees, consultation fees, or administrative charges where applicable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
After Work Begins
Once project work has started — including research, planning, design drafts, development, strategy work, or revisions — cancellations may not qualify for a full refund because resources and time have already been allocated.
Partial refunds may be considered depending on the amount of completed work.

- Duplicate payment made by mistake

- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software licenses, plugins, advertising budgets, or external tools

Clients are encouraged to review and approve project requirements carefully before final delivery.
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you experience any issue with your order or payment, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

- Work progress and submissions
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks after service delivery may be disputed with supporting documentation.
