7. Project Delays
Growuni is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Lack of client communication
- Delayed approvals
- Missing content or materials
- Third-party platform issues
- Force majeure events
Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
8. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, or software platforms.
Growuni is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing updates, or technical issues caused by third-party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growuni shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Growuni before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.
Growuni reserves the right to submit project records, communications, approvals, invoices, and delivery proof in response to disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in service termination and legal action where applicable.
11. Termination
Growuni may suspend or terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Payments remain overdue
- Abusive or unlawful conduct occurs
Any completed work up to termination may remain billable.
